Lisa Fuchs Kuras made an immediate impact when she arrived at Keuka College. She joined the Green and Gold in their second season as a varsity program in 1985 following an All-American junior college career at Morrisville State. In her first season, she helped lead Keuka College to 10 wins as they made it to the NAIA District 18 Championship Game against Houghton College. The following year, the senior stopper upped the ante as Keuka College won a then school-record 12 games in winning District 18 and advancing to the NAIA Eastern Regionals. Keuka finished third in the regional tournament. Lisa Fuchs Kuras, along with teammates and current Keuka College Hall of Famers Tracy Merkley and Hilary Hughes Grana, became the first student-athletes in Keuka College to be named All-American and still stand as the only Women's Soccer All-Americans in school history. Lisa currently owns and operates Cheshire Farm Creamery with her family in Canandaigua.
