Supporting student mental health and personal wellness is a top priority of Keuka College. We recognize that mental health struggles are a growing concern. We strive to provide services and education to student-athletes and support them during difficult times. We teach them how to balance school, life, and sport. 

We offer a holistic approach to personal wellness, emphasizing the importance of nutrition, sleep hygiene, and recovery in addition to mental health. Our services and support include educational workshops, small group sessions, individual meetings, and access to experts who guide students in maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. This integrated approach helps equip our athletes to perform at their best both on and off the field. 

Athletics staff works closely with the Health & Counseling Center for referrals and to collaborate in an effort to meet the needs of our students and student-athletes.

For some, mental health is a buzzword. In Keuka College Athletics, student-athletes and staff have taken action to create an environment of mental well-being. We strive to reduce barriers, reduce stigma, provide robust resources, and education to that end.
