ERIE, Pa. -- The Keuka College Cheerleading team rounded out the 2021-22 season at the Spirit Against Cancer cheer competition hosted by Penn State Behrend. The Wolves took home first place in the Small Coed Intermediate division.
Keuka College finished with 74.6 out of 90 points, their highest score of the season. Despite 1.25 points in deductions for minor mistakes, the Wolves saw marked improvement in their stunt and pyramid sections after having multiple deductions last weekend at the Keuka College Cheer and Dance Classic. The Wolves boasted high scores in the standing tumbling, running tumbling, jumps, and collegiate image categories.
This wraps up the first season for Head Coach Michelle Post and the first complete season for Keuka Cheer since the 2018-2019 season. The Wolves had a strong showing this season and look forward to continuing to build the program into the future.
