KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Soccer team lost at home to Alfred University 4-0 to begin Empire 8 play on Saturday.
Cory Cangemi made nine saves in goal for Keuka College (0-4, 0-1 Empire 8).

The Saxons pressed the Wolves throughout the game. They broke through for their first goal in the 25th and then doubled it 92 seconds later to make it 2-0. The Wolves had one of their best chances in the 39th minute.
Nicola Costa possessed the ball in the midfield. He spotted a streaking
Anthony Pontello but the pass was just out of his reach. Alfred led 2-0 at the half.
Alfred quickly made it 3-0 minutes into the second half. They added a fourth against a 10-man Keuka side midway through the half as the Saxons defeated the Wolves 4-0 on Saturday.

Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves had a week to regroup. Keuka College hosts SUNY Brockport in an Empire 8 game. It will be the 11th match all-time but the first time the two schools are meeting in a conference game against each other.
