The Wolves were able to get an early corner opportunity on Saturday but were unable to generate a goal. The play flipped with SUNY Brockport applying pressure. Cory Cangemi made a nice falling save on the near post in the 21st minute, but the Golden Eagles broke through two minutes later for the 1-0 lead. Another good defensive play was made by the Wolves prior to another Brockport goal. Liam Fitzpatrick made a nice play to clear the ball off the line, but Brockport added their second goal minutes later. The visitors led 2-0 at the half.

In the second half, Brockport continued to possess and attack Keuka. Cangemi showed his reflexes as he made a point-blank save off of a volley by Brockport. On the subsequent buildup for the Wolves, a foul gave Keuka a free kick from 20 yards out. Patrick Mucha stepped up and his right-footed shot curved around the wall and tucked inside the right post to make it 2-1. The Wolves played with life following the goal. They nearly tied it in the 70th minute from a long throw. The ball came into the box and Corey Hamilton got a head to it, but Brockport's keeper had the near post covered for the save. The Golden Eagles reestablished their two-goal lead in the 79th minute. The final ten had another good Keuka opportunity on a header, and another nice save by Cangemi, but the Wolves were unable to cut into the margin as they fell 3-1 to Brockport.

KC Notes:
  • Keuka College is now 2-9 all-time against Brockport
