The Wolves plated one run in the first then blew the game open in the second. The big blow in the nine-run second came on a Kelsey Mohl grand slam.

The Express pulled one back in the bottom of the second, but Keuka responded in the third. Jordyn Fargo and Joan Carroll each had RBI singles to make it 12-1.

Keuka added one in the fourth and then put a bow on the game with five runs in the fifth. Abby Eising had her second double of the game, driving in a pair of runs. The Wolves defeated the Express 18-1 in game one.

The Wolves added six more in the second. Starting pitcher Shauna Pimm helped her own cause with an RBI single. Then after the Wolves added two more runs, Abby Eising hit her second two-run double of the game. Jordan Cole followed with a double to score Eising to push the lead to 14-0.

The Wolves closed the game on a Jordan Cole solo home run and Emily VanDelinder RBI double in the fifth to defeat Wells 22-0 and sweep the doubleheader.

Lead Wolf: Lost in the offense was the pitching performance by Shauna Pimm. The sophomore struck out a career-high 11 batters in a one-hit performance. A double in the fourth was her only blemish in pitching the complete-game shutout. 11 strikeouts are tied for fifth-most in a game in program history and one off of the school record.
