Tom is the outpatient rehabilitation coordinator for Finger Lakes Health. He provides leadership and supervision to the rehabilitation staff. His program development includes bringing new services to area community including pre-employment safety screening, balance and vestibular rehab, concussion management, LSVT "Think Big" program for Parkinson's Disease and general orthopedic rehab. Doctor of Physical Therapy with certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation from APTA sponsored programs at Emory University and Duke University. LSVT "Think Big" program certified. 20 plus years of clinical experience. Tom oversees the rehabilitation of the Keuka College student athletes recovering from concussions with balance and vision issues.
