Jimmy Habecker joined the Keuka College staff as Sports Information Director in the fall of 2015.
Habecker comes to Keuka Park from Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua, N.Y. where he served in the same capacity. As a member of the Lakers Athletic Department, Habecker oversaw the redesign of the athletics website, grew the department’s social media footprint, and provided live statistics and video streams of over 50 games a year. He also served as an Assistant Baseball Coach for the Lakers for four seasons, working primarily with the hitters.
Jimmy Habecker graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio in 2008 with a degree in Sport Management. He later earned his Masters in Sports Administration from Canisius College in 2014. He is also a member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), serving on the publications committee, and the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA), where he serves on the editorial committee.
