Caitie Broderick joined Keuka College as an assistant coach in Fall 2025.
Broderick began her collegiate athletic journey at Monroe Community College, where she was a two-sport athlete in soccer and basketball. During her time at MCC, she helped lead both teams to 3rd-place finishes at the NJCAA National Championships and was honored as the Samuel J. Stabins Outstanding Athlete award.

As a two-year letter winner in soccer, she earned Second-Team NJCAA All-America honors as a sophomore and was a two-time NJCAA All-Region III First Team selection. She continued her soccer career at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she started all 16 games as a senior, finishing the season ranked fourth in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA). She was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Courtyard by Marriott UNCW Soccer Invitational and was also recognized for her academic excellence with the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award.

Transitioning from player to coach, Caitie spent three years coaching with the Wilmington Hammerheads Youth Soccer Club in North Carolina. Upon returning to New York, she served as a goalkeeper coach for both the boys’ and girls’ varsity teams at Spencerport High School for three seasons. She also served as a goalkeeper coach at St. John Fisher College, where she contributed to the development and training of collegiate-level goalkeepers.
