WINTER HAVEN, Fla. — The Keuka College Baseball team lost to SUNY Brockport 8-1 in an Empire 8 Conference game in Florida on Saturday morning to close their annual spring trip.
Derek Novicki doubled, and
Nate Hill tripled for Keuka College (3-8, 0-3 Empire 8).

After posting single runs in the first two innings, SUNY Brockport took control of the game with four runs in the fourth to stake a 6-0 lead.
The Wolves got on the board in the fifth as
Dan Mrowinski led off the inning with a walk. He would move to third on a pair of outs. Mrowinski scored on a triple by
Nate Hill to make it 6-1.
However, after Hill's triple, Keuka College had only a pair of hits over the final four innings. Brockport tacked on a pair of runs to defeat the Wolves 8-1.

Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves fly back home to New York and have a pair of midweek non-conference games. Keuka College will play at Fredonia State on Tuesday and then host the University of Rochester on Wednesday.
