Keuka College 1 vs. Buffalo State 0
Play was even between the Wolves and Bengals over the opening minutes of play. 25 minutes into play, Lindsey Garbacz dribbled across the top of the 18, was doubled, and taken down by Buffalo State resulting in a free kick for the Wolves. Garbacz lined up the kick at the edge of the goal box in the middle of the field. She let a right footer go looking for the upper 90. She was just off as the ball went off the corner of the crossbar and the right post. The ball kicked down and right into the middle of the six-yard box. It went right to Parker Lahey who headed it to the left, past the goalie, and in for the 1-0 lead. Keuka remained ahead 1-0 at the half.
The Wolves came out of the break strong and protected their lead. Keuka College outshot Buffalo State 5-4, but none of Keuka's shots were on goal. Conversely, all four of Buffalo State's attempts were on frame, but Pelcher stood tall to the task. The junior made four of her six saves in the second half to preserve the 1-0 Keuka College victory.
