The Wolves got out to a quick start on Saturday afternoon at home. Just seven minutes into the game, Anna Dewey found the back of the net scoring the first goal for the Wolves. Her goal was assisted by Kirstin Billings (Hilton, N.Y./ Hilton) and Alexis Dodge. Just three minutes later the second Wolves' goal came from Alexis Dodge and Tori Nelson had the assist. With the score at 2-0, the Wolves remained on offense for most of the quarter. Keuka College took eight shots with eight penalty quarters in the period while the Mavericks did not have a single shot or penalty corner.

Play remained much tighter throughout the second period. The Wolves managed one shot throughout the entirety of the second quarter along with one penalty shot. Again, the Mavericks were unable to get a shot off.

Just three minutes into the third quarter, Erin Patterson found the back of the net for another Keuka Goal. Patterson's goal was assisted by Kirstin Billings and put the Wolves up 3-0 against the Mavericks. Again, the Keuka offense stayed dominant, and the Wolves' defense allowed no shots from the Mavericks.

The Mavericks' offense attempted a comeback in the fourth quarter. Defensive saves from both Jillian McGinley (Syracuse N.Y./ East Syracuse Minoa) and Anna Dewey helped keep the shutout for the Wolves.
