Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is located on the upper floor of the JMW Recreation and Athletics Center.

It is open to all Keuka College students and features cardio machines, free weights, and functional training equipment. The climate-controlled room is equipped to facilitate all facets of resistance and cardio training for athletes, exercise enthusiasts, as well as beginners.
